
Project Sales Executive – Modular Cabinetry

Vorge-Singapore is a provider of quality modular cabinetry and decorative wall panels, serving architects, interior designers and contractors. We deliver innovative, space-efficient solutions that bring design and functionality together. As our business grows, we are seeking a driven and results-oriented Project Sales Executive to manage and grow our project-based sales portfolio.
Role Overview:
As a Project Sales Executive, you will take ownership of end-to-end project sales—from identifying opportunities and nurturing client relationships to closing deals and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target project-based opportunities in residential and commercial sectors
- Conduct client presentations, site visits, and technical product briefings
- Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and manage tender submissions
- Negotiate contracts and follow through on sales pipeline and delivery timelines
- Liaise with design and operations teams to ensure product specifications and installations are aligned with project goals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and project milestones
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new construction projects
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B/project sales, preferably in interior fittings, construction materials, or related fields
- Proven track record in building and managing sales pipelines for large-scale projects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications (a plus)
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office; CAD or architectural software knowledge is a bonus
- Good contacts with design consultants, architects, contractors, hospitality, etc.
