Cintra Consultancy is a full-stack creative and performance marketing agency based in Singapore. We work with brands across industries to build bold, engaging, and ROI-driven campaigns — from content retainers, paid ads, and podcast production, to UGC content banks and performance-led creative strategies.

As part of our dynamic and fast-growing team, you'll gain hands-on experience in crafting impactful content, experimenting with new ideas, and contributing directly to campaigns that make a difference.

Role Overview

We're looking for Creative Interns who is passionate about storytelling, content creation, and social media. This role is designed for someone who wants to immerse themselves in both the strategic and executional side of creative marketing. You'll work closely with our Creative Directors, Account Managers, and fellow Creatives to bring ideas to life, whether that's through short-form video, static design, or brand-led campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in ideating, scripting, and executing creative content for social media, ads, and campaigns.
  • Support video production (shooting, editing, post-production) and design work (social posts, decks, visuals).
  • Conduct market and trend research to generate fresh, relevant content ideas.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and client pitches with creative input.
  • Assist in managing content calendars and ensuring deliverables are on-brand and on-time.
  • Participate in internal workshops, knowledge-sharing, and creative experiments.
What We're Looking For
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Media, or related field.
  • Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar software.
  • Comfortable with camera work, editing, and/or design (bonus if you have a portfolio).
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, and a solutions-first mindset.
  • Creative curiosity and willingness to experiment and learn.
