Tech Recruiter (Tech Recruiter (Open to Fresher / Mid-Career Switch)

We are looking for a motivated Tech Recruiter who is eager to grow in recruitment and the technology domain. Whether you're a fresh graduate, a career switcher, or a senior professional with previous recruitment experience exploring recruitment opportunity, what matters most is your attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.

Open to fresh graduates, mid-career switchers, or senior candidates looking to bring their expertise into recruitment.

Excellent communication skills – confident in engaging with candidates and clients.

Willingness to learn recruitment processes, developer hiring, and market insights.

Ability to meet clients face-to-face and build strong professional relationships.

Open to both sales (business development) and delivery (candidate management) responsibilities.

Proactive & resilient attitude – someone who enjoys problem-solving and isn't afraid to take initiative.

What You'll Do:

  • Source and engage with top tech talent
  • Build meaningful connections with clients and support them in hiring decisions.
  • Learn end-to-end recruitment: from screening candidates to negotiating offers.
  • Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to deliver high-quality results.
  • Contribute to both sales and delivery, giving you a complete recruitment experience.

Your Growth Roadmap

Week 1 – Training

  • Learn recruitment basics, sales approach, and candidate engagement techniques.
  • Hands-on roleplays: client conversations, candidate screening, interview practice.
  • Introduction to recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing platforms.
  • Shadow senior recruiters to understand live processes.

Week 2–4 – Guided Practice

  • Start sourcing candidates with mentor support.
  • Attend client meetings as an observer, then transition to active participation.
  • Build your own candidate pipeline with regular feedback.

Month 2 onwards – Own Your Desk

  • Take ownership of specific roles (both sales and delivery).
  • Start leading candidate interviews and client updates.
  • Work towards achieving personal recruitment targets
