Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager (IT) to lead and manage complex IT projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project management for IT initiatives, including AV, IT systems integration, new implementations, and digital transformation efforts.
  • Develop project scopes, objectives, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and report to senior management on progress.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered in compliance with internal governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and promote the adoption of agile methodologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years in a senior/leadership capacity.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience with AV products such as Biamp, Crestron, Extron, BOSE, Barco, Poly, Cisco, Logitech, etc.
  • Min. 3 years of experience in a project coordination role within the AV, IT, systems integration, or a related technical industry.
  • Experience with products like videowalls, LED, video conferencing systems, amplifiers, speakers and control systems.
