Roles & Responsibilities

About Client:

Responsibilities:

• Architect and configure GIS solutions (cloud, on-premise, or hybrid) tailored to sectors like urban planning, utilities, transportation, natural resources, and banking/retail location analytics.
• Design and deploy data models, geodatabases, map services, and APIs.
• Integrate GIS with ERP, CRM, or IoT platforms using web services, REST APIs, and enterprise databases.
• Support development of custom GIS apps, dashboards, and mobile field solutions using tools such as ArcGIS Experience Builder, Python, JavaScript, or FME.
• Automate workflows (ETL processes, batch geoprocessing) for efficiency.

Skills/Requirement:

• Expert in Esri ArcGIS (Desktop/Pro, Enterprise, ArcGIS Online) or QGIS
• Strong spatial data modeling, geodatabase design (PostGIS, Oracle Spatial) and complex geoprocessing. Proficiency in Python (ArcPy, GeoPandas) and ETL tools such as FME
• Ability to build and automate web maps and apps using JavaScript (ArcGIS API, Leaflet/Mapbox).
• Deploying and managing GIS solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Integrating GIS with ERP/CRM/IoT systems using REST/OGC web services
