Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Bunker Operations Admin. This role plays a key part in supporting bunkering activities by ensuring accurate records, smooth coordination with suppliers and vessels, timely processing of invoices, and effective handling of disputes.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and eager to grow in the shipping and bunkering industry. This position offers valuable hands-on exposure to maritime operations while contributing to the efficiency and reliability of daily bunker supply functions.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintain accurate records of bunkering activities and update the company's database.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vessels, and agents to confirm orders and monitor delivery status.
  • Process invoices on time and ensure compliance with payment terms.
  • Assist in handling disputes on bunker quantity/quality with proper documentation.
  • Provide administrative and basic bookkeeping support as required.

Qualifications

  • Training will be provided; prior maritime experience not required.
  • A diploma or degree in Maritime Studies or a related field is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a proactive and reliable attitude.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
