Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Assemble and troubleshoot molding, dismantle and fabricate new plastics molds
  • Attend Mold testing and perform molding process optimization to achieve part consistency quality.
  • Perform mold repairs maintenance, troubleshoot molding problems and records.
  • Inspect all mold components and work pieces
  • Read and understanding of Product/ Interpret engineering drawings/ manufacturing process/ Knowledge of mesurement.
  • New Tool assembly and debug to ensure FA submission on time.
  • Ensure cleanliness of work area and equipment.

Requirements

  • Diploma / NITEC in Precision Engineering or relevant
  • Prior experience with mold setting and tooling design
  • Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A good team player, disciplined to work under minimal supervision.
  • Able to operate different types of molding machines
  • Able to start work immediately / short notice
