My Animal Dispensary is Singapore's first dedicated online veterinary dispensary for pet owners. We provide a reliable, personal and professional service that fulfils pet prescriptions and veterinary products at accessible prices, conveniently delivered to your door. Our workplace is fun and pet friendly, and we are seeking compassionate and highly motivated individual to join our dedicated and passionate team.

Job description

* customer service with pet owners

* administration : correspondence with suppliers , managing stock level of medical supplies

* Technology : managing IT and online platform

* Maintain best practices within the dispensary

* Daily operations of dispensary

Qualifications & Experience


• Diploma in Veterinary Technology and above


• Prior relevant experience and training (eg in the medical or veterinary field/customer service) is preferred, but not strictly required.


• Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on client management


• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.


• Eye for details


• Tech-savvy with an interest in leveraging technology for efficient service delivery.


• Computer Literate – Microsoft, Excel, Power point, Email
