Title and Summary

Managing Consultant, Advisors & Consulting Services, Marketing

Services within Mastercard are responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services leveraging expertise, data-driven insights, and execution. Our Advisors & Consulting Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard's rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with strategic insights and recommendations. Our teams work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants.

The Advisors & Consulting Services group has five specializations: Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management. Our Marketing consultants lead strategy development and implementation of campaigns and engagements for clients, using customer data to optimize marketing performance.

This role is pivotal in Mastercard's marketing services transformation, embracing change while balancing traditional marketing efforts. It suits a dynamic environment where ideas and active contribution are valued.

Roles and Responsibilities

Client Impact

  • Deliver digital marketing initiatives guided by data analytics, ensuring measurable impact
  • Lead client projects, conceptualize, and execute impactful campaigns
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of Marketing Services projects focusing on financial performance
  • Implement data-driven solutions, including campaigns, automation, and lifecycle management
  • Ensure project delivery within milestones and budget
  • Manage creative development and media planning, aligning with client needs
  • Assess and improve marketing performance using data insights and visualization tools

Team Collaboration & Culture

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to support growth

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in integrated digital marketing planning and implementation
  • Proven client management skills in digital marketing solutions
  • Ability to plan and execute strategies across key channels
  • Effective stakeholder management in a matrix organization
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Innovative mindset to manage complex digital initiatives
  • Relevant marketing degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in English and local language (if applicable)
  • Eligible to work and travel as required
