Personnel Deployment Hours:

  • Mondays to Fridays: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., inclusive of a 30-45 minute lunch break.

Scope of Services

The ICT Executive is expected to:

  1. Support for ICT Curriculum:Implement the 6-year ICT curriculum for students as per the school's plan.
  2. ICT Device Management:Maintain and manage ICT computing devices.
    Monitor processes and document loan records of computing devices for students.
  3. Website & Social Media Management:Manage the school's website and social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook).
    Oversee the Public Messaging System.
  4. Administrative Support:Handle room bookings, loans, and service request systems.
    Administer the school's Print+ service.
    Update inventory and stock-taking during term breaks.
  5. E-learning & Technical Support:Oversee e-learning events and provide support for students and parents.
    Operate AV equipment for school events.
  6. ICT-Integrated Program Support:Provide in-class support and assist teachers in resource development.
    Conduct ICT lessons and fulfill other ICT-related duties assigned by the school's leadership team.
  7. Multimedia & Design Support:Offer photography and videography support for events.
    Design and create posters or banners as required.
  8. Ad-hoc Duties:Provide multimedia support for teachers.
    Adapt working hours to accommodate school needs, including occasional Saturday work (up to 4 working Saturdays per school year).
    Off-in-lieu will be provided for Saturday work.
Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Personnel

The ICT Executive should:

  • Be proficient in:Social Media Platform administration (Instagram, Facebook).
    MS Office applications.
    Multimedia software and video editing tools (e.g., Final Cut Pro).
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a Polytechnic Diploma or its equivalent.
  • Have up to 1 year of ICT-related experience in a school environment.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude, dedication to work, and the ability to multitask.
  • Be a team player who is task-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Display a warm and friendly demeanor suitable for a school environment and interactions with stakeholders.
