Roles & Responsibilities

Work Week: 5.5 days

Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday)

Saturday: 9 am to 1 pm

We are now looking to add two Crytocurrency Traders, to support the deployment of the Company's agency execution and over-the-counter (OTC) business. In this role, you will work directly with the broader trading team and proprietary leads to optimize trading strategies for issuers, venture capitals (VCs), and funds. You will receive hands-on training from senior members of our trading team, gaining deep exposure to digital asset trading, OTC execution, and liquidity stragies.

What You Will Be Doing
  1. Supporting the deployment and growth of the Company's agency execution and OTC business.
  2. Working closely with traders, issuers, VCs, and funds to optimize execution strategies.
  3. Monitoring OTC order flow, trade execution, and market conditions.
  4. Supporting the deployment of new algorithms, clients, and markets.
  5. Monitoring and responding to trading alerts.
  6. Assisting with active trading, trade execution and asset rebalancing.
  7. Helping to keep track of client treasury balances.
  8. Providing recurring and ad-hoc trading reports to clients.
  9. Responding to client questions, escalating questions to senior traders.
Skills and Experience
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related technical field.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen interest in trading and market structure.
  3. Basic understanding of OTC trading, agency execution, and digital asset markets.
  4. Strong attention to detail and ability to make decisions under pressure.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  6. Proficiency in Python, SQL, or another programming language is a plus.
  7. A proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced trading environment.
