Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Review,prepare,coordinate,discuss and resolve with Clients/Consultants/Project Team/Subcontractors for project specifications,project management and technical issues.
  • Coordinate all archi drawings and works,prepare,submit and update shop drawings
  • Material requisition,carry out works scheduling,cost control,project supervision and documentation and ensure timely and smooth progress of works.
  • Ensure quality of works is achieved and comply with safety regulations
  • On site supervision and coordination with subcontractors

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years relvant experience in supervision of architectural works
  • Able to lead and work independently
  • Good communications skills and able to interact with people of all levels and teamworks
