Roles & Responsibilities
  • Construct structural frameworks for buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs.
  • Build and install formwork, moulds, and other temporary structures for concrete works.
  • Install beams, posts, and supports to ensure stability.
  • Cut, shape, and assemble timber to required dimensions using hand and power tools.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings to meet project specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain work areas, ensuring tools and equipment are in good condition.
  • Work closely with other trades such as carpenters, electricians, and project managers.
  • Perform structural repairs and adjustments when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work site, complying with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Carry out other construction-related duties as assigned.
  • Must have relevant experience in structural formwork and timber construction.
  • Good physical fitness for manual and on-site work, with the ability to read drawings and operate tools safely.
  • Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a positive, reliable attitude.
