Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage full set of accounts including P&L, Balance Sheet, AR/AP, bank reconciliations, and GST/tax submissions
  • Handle monthly payroll, CPF contributions, statutory filings, claims, and employee benefits/insurance matters
  • Maintain accounting records, HR database, leave/attendance, and staff training documentation
  • Prepare audit schedules, liaise with auditors, tax agents, and statutory authorities (IRAS, MOM, ACRA, etc.)
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, work pass applications/renewals, and employee exit processes
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and company guidelines while handling confidential matters
  • Support budgeting, financial analysis, and assist in organizing meetings, travel, and company events

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting and HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across departments.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with HRIS/payroll systems.
