Position: Business Support Executive

Salary: $2,500 to $2,700 + AWS + VB

Working Days: Mon - Fri (8:15am - 5:30pm)

Working Location: Joo Koon (Transport is provided from 6 MRT pickup points ie: Paya Lebar, Serangoon NEX, Bishan, Jurong East, Joon Koon, Woodlands)

Job Responsibilities

Operations Back Office Support

  • To provide overall business support to clients and engineers
  • renewal of contracts and licenses
  • attending to client's requests and enquiries
  • data entry (updating of database)
  • coordinate with AR Team for invoicing
  • other ad-hoc admin operations jobs

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office applications
