Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Origination and execution of DCM transactions
  • keeping abreast of industries, companies and comparable transactions
  • preparing market updates, clients pitches, internal memos and other internal/external documentation
  • assisting with client pitching, due diligence, internal approvals, structuring, execution, pricing and invoice/payment
  • working together with DCM syndicate, FI system and other internal/external stakeholders
  • other tasks assigned by the department head​

Qualification

  • Degree in business, banking or finance
  • 1-2 years of relevant experiences in DCM origination and execution
  • knowledge of lending and credit analysis
  • highly motivated team player and a quick learner
  • excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • CMFAS representative license in corporate finance advisory/dealing in capital markets products (securities) preferred
  • interest in capital markets products/services preferred
  • knowledge in bloomberg
