The role involves translating customer needs and market insights into innovative products and services, enhancing existing offerings, and aligning initiatives with overall business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for core payment products, from concept to launch, with a focus on execution, time-to-market, and alignment with business objectives
- Own and manage the product roadmap for assigned payment solutions, incorporating market trends, regulatory changes, customer feedback, and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure successful delivery
- Provide leadership in cross-functional settings, ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective communication throughout product execution
Requirements:
- Degree qualified with 10 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on payment products or platforms
- Proven track record of leading complex product initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
