Roles & Responsibilities

Aesthetic Clinic Assistant / Therapist

Responsibilities:

  • Assist doctors and aesthetic professionals in performing aesthetic treatments.
  • Conduct skin, hair, and body analyses to recommend suitable treatments and products.
  • Perform non-invasive aesthetic procedures, including facial treatments, body contouring, slimming, hair removal, and skin rejuvenation.
  • Educate clients on post-treatment care and product usage.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a comfortable experience for clients.
  • Support clinic operations, including appointment scheduling, payment processing, and inventory management.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements:

  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • Certified in beauty/aesthetic therapy or relevant experience in the aesthetics industry is a plus.
  • Service-oriented with a passion for beauty and wellness.
  • Effectively bilingual (English & Mandarin preferred) to communicate with a diverse clientele.
  • Willing to learn and undergo professional training.
  • Experience in facial treatments, slimming, hair removal, or aesthetic procedures is advantageous.
  • Able to start work at short notice.
