Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Enterprise Data Quality Technical Analyst cum Project Coordinator to work on project for a reputed bank. .You will play a key role in driving data quality initiatives across the organization, ensuring data accuracy and integrity through technical analysis, dashboard visualization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Mandatory Skill-set

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline;
  • Must have proficiency in SQL writing complex queries and creating/managing tables for data analysis;
  • Must have experience in developing and updating Qlik dashboard visualizations;
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Ability to create and deliver impactful PowerPoint presentations;
  • Demonstrated experience in managing tasks, timelines, and deliverables;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Skill-set

  • Experience in writing scripts in Python for data quality automation or rule creation;
  • Work experience in Banking industry.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and understand business and functional requirements for data quality initiatives;
  • Perform data profiling and analysis on large datasets using SQL to identify data quality issues and ensure optimal data quality scores;
  • Develop and maintain Qlik dashboard visualizations to communicate insights and support decision-making;
  • Translate business requirements into technical deliverables including data quality rules, dashboard wireframes, and test cases;
  • Conduct root cause analysis for data quality issues and implement corrective measures;
  • Create and execute SIT/UAT test cases for data quality rules and dashboards;
  • Validate technical implementations to ensure alignment with business requirements;
  • Present analytical findings and data stories clearly to business stakeholders using compelling PowerPoint presentations;
  • Manage project timelines, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives;
  • Document processes and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for repeatable and scalable solutions;
  • Continuously seek opportunities for business process improvement and optimization.
