We power innovative F&B concepts, including internationally recognized brands like SIDES by Sidemen, ALT PIZZA, NOW PIZZA and Green Monster Salads. As we continue our rapid growth in Singapore and across the region, we are seeking enthusiastic Service Crew members to deliver excellent customer service, support daily operations, and ensure a great dining experience for our guests.

Role Overview

The Service Crew is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace. This role requires flexibility to handle various duties including cashiering, food preparation, packing, and cleaning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and handle payments using the POS system.
  • Prepare and serve food items (e.g., fry chicken, assemble burgers, prepare side dishes) according to standard recipes and food safety guidelines.
  • Pack and assemble food orders neatly, ensuring accuracy for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining, kitchen, and workstation areas.
  • Follow workplace safety and food hygiene protocols at all times.
  • Assist in daily opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Requirements

  • some prior experience in food service, hospitality, is required; training will be provided.
  • Customer-oriented with good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform shift duties, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety is an advantage.

  • Shift-based schedule (including weekends and public holidays).
