Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Executive, Clinical Development, the administrative staff works closely with colleagues in the Capability Building unit to assist in running the administrative and logistical aspects of training programmes and events, as part of the mission of providing quality care, bringing joy and comfort and honouring the dignity of seniors in a caring environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain training registration information including attendance tracking of participants.
- Gather and tabulate post-training evaluation feedback from participants.
- Provide administrative support for the preparation of training course materials and logistics required for training such as venue or meeting booking.
- Provide administrative support during training events and projects.
- Ensure data confidentiality and strict adherence to Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) guidelines, as well as proper and systematic storage, use, handling and disclosure of personal data.
- Any other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Nitec holder candidates with experience in training administration work in eldercare or social services can be considered.
- Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office applications (Excel).
- Good interpersonal skills: resourceful, proactive, responsible and client-centric. Passionate in serving seniors.
- Good team player yet can work independently, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, have good planning and organising skills.
- Ability to commit to a 5-day work basis for at least 6 months with short notice to commence work.
- Official work location is at Tampines, and ability to travel to Yishun, when the work need arises.
