Red Alpha Cybersecurity is a talent development company and is looking for aspiring AI Engineers to join our Programme, a unique opportunity to break into the AI industry with structured training and guaranteed job placement.

Whether you're a fresh graduate or looking to pivot into AI, this programme is designed to equip you with the technical capabilities, tools, and real-world exposure to succeed.

About the Programme

Successful applicants will go through a fully sponsored, full-time BootCamp (3–4 months) followed by deployment to our hiring partners.

BootCamp Phase

  • Duration: 3–4 months
  • Full-time, in-person training
  • Monthly training allowance provided
  • Curriculum focused on AI engineering, model development, deployment, and evaluation

Deployment Phase

  • Duration: 3 years
  • Full-time salaried position
  • Work on impactful AI projects across sectors
  • Continued mentorship and upskilling provided

What You'll Do

  • Build and prototype AI-powered MVPs
  • Design, train, and fine-tune models for real-world use cases
  • Apply advanced AI techniques such as meta-learning, prompt engineering, and in-context learning
  • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and deployment
  • Leverage open-source tools and modern frameworks to support AI product development

We don't expect you to have mastered it all, training will be provided.

Instead, we look for individuals who have:

  • Strong learning agility and curiosity
  • Grit and a problem-solving mindset
  • A genuine interest in AI and its applications
  • The attitude and aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced tech environment

Preferred (but not required) Technical Skills

If you already have some experience, great, but no experience is required to apply.

  • Python programming
  • Deep learning frameworks: PyTorch, Hugging Face, PyTorch Geometric
  • Model architectures: Transformers, RNNs, GNNs, HGNNs
  • Tools: Nvidia NIMs, Nvidia Triton, VLLM
  • Familiarity with concepts like reinforcement learning, meta-learning, or graph theory is a plus
