• Salary: Up to $2,300 (depending on experience)

Production Technician (Front-End, Chemical)

Our client, a well-known Japanese Chemical company, is looking for a Production Technician (Front End) to join their team.

Job Description:

  • Perform receiving of front-end-related raw materials and record it on prescribed inventory log
  • Perform chemical discharge to the raw material tanks, sampling collections, and other related

    activities
  • Carry out process monitoring using DCS, LPC and other HMI-related items
  • Record the parameters using prescribed check sheet and datasheet and ensure the reading is

    within the prescribed operational range
  • Carry out and use hand-held equipment necessary for operation activities
  • Prescribe to adhere to the procedure on QMS, EMS, and OHS
  • Strictly adhere to safety rules and donning of PPE when performing activities
  • Strictly adhere to standard operating procedure and observe line discipline
  • Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain the general upkeep and cleanliness of the production

    area

Job Requirements:

  • At least a graduate of Polytechnic or its equivalent
  • Working experience in manufacturing setting
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects

Job Conditions:

  • 12 hours shift work
  • Work in a plant environment
  • Uniform will be provided
