Corporate Trainer – Artificial Intelligence

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable AI Trainer to deliver engaging and impactful training on Generative AI (GenAI) for professionals and institutions in the financial services industry. The trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate courses focusing on the practical applications and strategic implementation of GenAI.
This role requires a strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and financial services, combined with excellent communication and teaching skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Design and Delivery:
- Develop and deliver training programs on:
- GenAI for Financial Services Professionals: Practical knowledge and skills to integrate GenAI into daily workflows.
- GenAI for Financial Services Institutions: Strategic approaches to adopting GenAI in operations, risk management, customer experience, and innovation
2. Customize training content based on client needs, industry trends, and participant feedback.
3. Facilitate interactive and practical workshops using real-world case studies and demonstrations.
4. Incorporate engaging learning methods, such as simulations, role-playing, and hands-on projects.
Content Development:
- Create, update, and maintain high-quality training materials, including slide decks, handouts, videos, and eLearning modules.
- Design assessments to evaluate knowledge transfer and learning outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand training requirements and objectives.
- Provide recommendations for ongoing skills development and support.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on the latest developments in AI, GenAI, and the financial services sector.
- Incorporate emerging trends and technologies into training programs.
Key Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or certifications in AI, machine learning, or financial services (preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI, financial services, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in training, teaching, or facilitating professional development workshops.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering technical or industry-specific training programs.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts (e.g., LLMs, NLP, image generation, etc.) and their applications in financial services.
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools and platforms (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs).
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations for AI in financial services.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
Preferred Certifications:
- AI certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google AI, OpenAI certifications).
- Financial certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, or equivalent) are a plus.
Work Location:
- Remote or in-person, depending on client requirements.
