Roles & Responsibilities

The temp staff will assist the department officers in the following duties :

  • Information Management - Basic research, obtaining, organising and filing data, generating tables and summaries as required;
  • Administrative duties - assisting in calendar and meeting arrangement, basic email correspondences, conducting routine/templatized processes and other adhoc work as required.

Job Requirements :

  • No working experience required
  • Knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel required
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong team player
  • Careful and meticulous worker
  • Able to commit for a period of 11-months
