Job Summary: MONOLOQ is actively searching for a Sales Advisor who exudes confidence and places a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, your primary objective is to provide exceptional customer service, maintaining smooth store operations, and use your self-confidence to boost sales and create a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities:

1) Greet customers with a warm smile and be readily available to assist them throughout their visit.

2) Confidently engage with customers, actively listening to their needs, and ensuring they feel valued.

3) Efficiently manage daily store operations to guarantee a seamless shopping experience.

4) Participate in various sales activities, including approaching customers, offering product recommendations, promoting our offerings, addressing objections, upselling, cross-selling, and closing sales.

5) Offer valuable feedback on merchandise to influence product planning and cater to customer preferences.

6) Demonstrate your self-assured creativity in merchandise displays to captivate customers' attention.

7) Stay well-informed about our product offerings and industry trends, enabling you to confidently educate customers about product features and benefits.

8) Assist customers in placing online orders and coordinate online order pickups for a seamless experience.

9) Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.

10) Be prepared to assist with ad-hoc duties and activities as needed.


Requirements:
