Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

(1) Execute and record the movement of all cage, kiosk and chip bank financial instruments;


(2) Supervise the cashier and kiosk operations, including reviewing of high value transactions;


(3) Verify transactions when required and act as first level of supervision including signing documents as the first level of supervision:


(4) Provide a high level of customer service to all our patrons;


(5) Assist in the daily shift balancing and closing; and


(6) Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, policies and standard operating procedures.


(7) Other assignments as directed by Management
