We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Assistant Outlet Manager to support the daily operations of our takeout outlets. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing a kiosk or takeaway outlet, ensuring seamless operations, excellent customer service and a motivated team.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, including efficient staff scheduling, team communication, coaching and fostering a positive work environment
  • Compliance & Hygiene: Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene and regulatory standards to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Customer Experience: Deliver an outstanding customer experience, handling feedback professionally and ensuring high service standards
  • Team Leadership: Motivate, guide and coach the team to achieve sales targets, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • HR & Admin Support: Assist in recruitment, employees time management, payroll coordination and training to build a strong and efficient team
  • Marketing & Promotions: Execute marketing programs, promotions and initiatives to drive footfall and increase sales
  • Sales & Profitability: Monitor, analyze and optimize sales performance and profitability, working closely with the Outlet Manager and Area Manager to implement sales strategies
  • Other Responsibilities: Take on additional duties as required to support the success of the outlet

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing or assisting in the operations of a kiosk or takeaway outlet
  • Strong understanding of F&B operations, customer service and sales management in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in basic POS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
  • Experience in inventory control, cash handling and cost management is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays as required
  • *Successful candidate is required to pass the Assistant Outlet Manager test within 6 months of commencement and the Chef Level 1 test within 9 months of commencement.
