Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope

-Attend Tender's site show round, take-off quantity based on Tender Auto-CAD drawings.

-Prepare Bill of Quantities, collect quotations/costs from suppliers. Compile total costing and tender documentation for Project Director.

-Gather quotes and costs for addendum variation orders, submit VO quotations for approval from Main-con/Developer.

-Collaborate closely with Site Engineers on Progress claims regularly.

-Assist Site Engineers/Supervisors in procuring materials, coordinate Purchase Orders, and Delivery.

-Coordinate with LEW Authorities for Turn-on/Testing/Approval.
