Job Scope

  • Manage the planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects for LTA initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met within timelines and budgets
  • Perform technical analyses, develop design solutions, and oversee construction activities
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project stakeholders, including clients and contractors
  • Participate in the development of innovative engineering solutions to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably within the infrastructure or transportation industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex civil engineering projects from conception to completion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide practical solutions
  • Proficient in the use of engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, BIM, and project management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with LTA specifications, standards, and regulations is preferred
