  • Have the capability to interpret company's vision and missions into actionable plans.
  • Have strong strategic thinking, business analytic experiences and business acumen related to printing industry to develop and execute an effective Go-To-Market strategy

  • A self-starter and able to work independently to achieve business objectives with positive mindset
  • Possess good communication skill in both English and Japanese to communicate with product development engineers in Japan and overseas business partners
  • Have the ability to thrive in a dynamic business environment
  • You will act as an agent of digital transformation to guide and evolve business partners to transform their business

Responsibilities

  • Plan, monitor and achieve annual budget and financial targets. as well as the action plans to achieve the targets, conduct regular PDCA with internal and externals key stakeholders.
  • Communicate directly with engineers and product development, and product marketing team in Japan to support future product planning & development, analyze market competition, and support in product regulatory approval requirements.
  • Provide business guidance and sales coaching to Channel Partner to achieve business excellence
  • Manage support program and initiatives for Channel Partners to achieve business goal
  • Understand customer requirements to match appropriate product and solutions under Ricoh product portfolio.
  • Oversee sales order and fulfilment process
  • Lead/ Participate in projects and /or process improvement initiatives

Requirement

  • Business planning, financial and business analysis for channelpartner performance
  • Possess excellent business presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, to communicate at all levels of business and with different cultural diversities
  • Strong command in English and Japanese (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in PowerPoint and Excel

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of regional marketing or product marketing experience in IT industries and/or Office Automation (Document Solution)
  • Working experience with Japanese Enterprise, with product development organization.
  • Proven history of ability to grow beyond your given role
  • Good knowledge of the IT industries/market (e.g, Digital Transformation, Cloud/IT)
