Job Description:

  • Develop and implement engaging programs and activities for youth addressing their social, emotional, and developmental needs.
  • Provide mentorship and support to youth, offering guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Establish positive relationships with youth and their families, creating a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
  • Conduct assessments to identify the needs and interests of young people, and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Stay informed about current trends and issues affecting youth and integrate relevant topics into program content.
  • Provide counselling to youth when required.
  • Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to enhance program offerings and resources.


Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Psychology / Sociology or its equivalent.
  • Some prior experience working with youth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with youth from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
