Position Summary

The CEO & President will serve as the visionary and strategic leader for Groworx Global. The role requires a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader with exceptional business acumen, proven experience scaling businesses, and the ability to inspire a diverse, globally distributed workforce. This individual will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's strategic direction, driving revenue growth, and ensuring operational excellence while maintaining the organization's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership


• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to drive growth and expansion.


• Identify and pursue new markets, revenue streams, and business opportunities, including strategic acquisitions in HR consultancy, mobility consultancy, and medical outsourcing.


• Drive innovation in international recruitment, training, and migration services to maintain a competitive edge.


• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, clients, government agencies, and industry partners.

Operational Excellence


• Oversee all aspects of the organization, including recruitment, training (Groworx Academy), deployment, and client delivery operations.


• Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technology solutions (e.g., ROVO AI, Microsoft Co-Pilot, Fireflies AI) to enhance productivity, transparency, and efficiency.


• Foster collaboration across the matrix structure, ensuring alignment among Project Managers and Delivery Departments.


• Establish and enforce policies such as the English Only Policy (EOP) to ensure a cohesive organizational culture.

Business Development & Growth


• Lead the global expansion of Groworx into new geographies (e.g., UK, Europe, Canada) and industries.


• Strengthen Groworx's brand as a thought leader in aged care and healthcare recruitment, training, and outsourcing solutions.


• Cultivate partnerships with aged care providers, government entities, and healthcare organizations worldwide.

Financial & Organizational Stewardship


• Manage the financial health of the company by driving revenue growth, managing costs, and ensuring profitability.


• Develop and implement robust financial and operational performance metrics.


• Build a high-performing leadership team to support growth and succession planning.

Culture & Values


• Lead by example to inspire a culture of excellence, integrity, and innovation.


• Drive initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.


• Celebrate achievements such as the movement of care workers through initiatives like the annual CareBeyond festival.

Qualifications

Experience


• 15+ years of leadership experience, including C-suite roles, in recruitment, healthcare, outsourcing, or related industries.


• Proven track record of scaling businesses, managing P&L, and achieving sustainable growth.


• Experience in cross-border business operations and working with diverse, multicultural teams.

Education


• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
