Our client is an established F&B operator in Singapore, known for managing a diverse collection of multi-concept restaurants across prominent locations. They are seeking for Chef De Cuisines - specialize in Traditional Korean Cuisines.
- Experience in Korean traditional cuisine.
- Ability to adapt dishes to suit local tastes.
- Capable of managing a kitchen, maintaining discipline, and ensuring high-quality standards.
- Responsible for cost control and effective use of ingredients.
- Inventory management and stock control.
- Conduct research and development for new menu items.
- Handle administrative tasks, including costing, inventory management, and sales projections
- 5+ years of experience in a senior culinary role.
- Expertise in traditional korean cuisine.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Proven experience in managing food costs, inventory, and kitchen operations.
- A creative, customer-centric approach to menu development and culinary innovation.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
Note:
- Work Mon to Sat,10.30am to 2.30pm, 5pm to 1am(Taxi reimbursement after 1am)
- After probation, 5 days work week
