Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate and skilled barber/hairstylist to join our team at Northpoint City, Yishun.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and assist them with ticket purchases when necessary.
  • Provide professional haircutting and grooming services, including:Classical Style Haircut
    Standard Fade
    Zero Skin Fade
    Beard Trimming
    Hair Styling
  • Recommend high-quality hair clay products when appropriate.
  • Maintain the shop’s cleanliness and organization using the 5S system.
  • Ensure cutting tools, chairs, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized after each use.
  • Sweep the floor after each haircut to maintain cleanliness.
  • Empty the bin at the end of each day.
Requirements
  • Passionate about the hair industry and enjoy providing haircutting and grooming services.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ haircutting experience (certification by our Master Stylist required).
  • Proficient in English and basic Mandarin (中文) to explain and recommend hairstyles to customers.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods.
  • Availability to work on weekends and public holidays.
Salary & Benefits
  • Basic Salary: S$1,800–S$3,500 (depending on experience and qualifications).
  • Commission: Attractive commission structure with gross earnings up to S$4,800+.
  • Work 6 days per week with one day off (Monday to Thursday).
