Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a pleasant and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our sales team and provide support in handling various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to achieving sales targets. The candidate should have experience in working with project management systems.


Job description

  • Provide quotations and follow through to execute the sales order
  • Coordinate meetings and oversee projects from beginning to end
  • Attend on-site customer meetings and take minutes as records for audit purposes
  • Receive project documents and compile a summary including a project plan with target delivery dates and persons-in-charge
  • Liaise with suppliers and filing project documents with plans to ensure smooth delivery timing with personnels involved
  • Maintain customer accounts and monitor personnel involved for records


Responsibilities

  • Convert queries to Sales Order
  • Day to day project scheduling and operating activities to ensure deliverables are met
  • Coordination of project and logistics activities to ensure sales and technical teams “on the ground” meet customer requirements
  • Provide timely reports of defects to technical team for follow-up actions
  • Provide after sales, product support

Requirements

  • Class 3 driving license
  • Able to travel throughout Singapore to meet clients
  • Diploma in Engineering or Logistics Management
  • Computer literacy, proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good working attitude and able to work independently
  • Able to multitask
