Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power systems analysis and a proven ability to utilize advanced simulation software to design, analyze, and optimize electrical grids. This role will involve working on challenging projects related to areas such as renewable energy integration, grid modernization, microgrids, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct power system studies including load flow, short circuit, transient stability, and dynamic simulations.

• Develop and analyze grid integration studies for renewable energy sources (solar, wind, etc.).

• Perform microgrid studies, including stability, economic dispatch, and protection coordination.

• Utilize and master power system simulation software such as DIGSILENT PowerFactory, PSCAD, PSSE, XENDEE, or other comparable tools for solar simulation and dynamic analysis.

• Prepare technical reports, feasibility studies, presentations, and proposals.

• Collaborate with other engineers, project managers, and clients.

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in power system technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related.

• Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience in power system analysis and design.

• Proficiency in DIGSILENT PowerFactory, PSCAD, PSSE, XENDEE, or other relevant power system simulation software.

• Strong understanding of power system fundamentals, including load flow, short circuit, transient stability, and protection coordination.

• Experience in renewable energy integration studies is highly preferred.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with microgrid design and operation.

• Knowledge of grid modernization technologies (e.g., smart grids, distributed energy resources).

• Programming skills (Python, MATLAB).
