Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • To assist and support in any type of interior residential and commercial design project
  • To develop designs throughout all stages from feasibility/conceptual studies to detail design and design development
  • To assist in preparation of mood boards, perspectives, renderings and construction drawings
  • To assist in project contract administration and BQ works
  • To attend and manage sub contractors, consultants and hold project meetings independently
  • To manage project construction stage with sensitivity to project schedule and deadline
  • To conduct site inspections on matters of design & technical coordination issues

Requirement:

  • Diploma or Degree
  • Junior Executive or Executive level (Freshgraduate are welcome)
  • Proficiency in CAD, Sketchup, Photoshop (Bonus: Enscape, Sketchup Layout)
  • Good interpersonal skills and has the ability to work independently and within the team
  • Passion for design and desire to learn and innovate
  • Keen eye for aesthetics, styling and design details
  • Full time available
  • Starting: Immediate
