Roles & Responsibilities

Accounts/ Admin Executive

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Procurement process, raising purchase requisition/purchase order including coordination
  • Supplier invoices verification, matching to PR/ PO/ agreement/ billing advice report
  • Assist in generating sales invoice including SOA
  • Assist with BS Schedule preparation, such as Accruals/ Prepayment
  • Support ad-hoc finance admin functions such as supplier’s portal registration, logistic handling
  • Participate in other ad-hoc finance functions/projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Polytechnic, LCCI beginner or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in account executive/ support functions
  • Well versed in Excel, Microsoft office. With SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Meticulous, with great attention to details
  • Good team player who possesses good inter-personal and written/spoken communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise, in a fast-pace and dynamic environment
  • Highly motivated and willing to accept changes & challenges
