Roles & Responsibilities

MNC Oil & Gas manufacturing company.

  • Working day: 5 days
  • Location: Tuas, shuttle provided
  • Basic salary: $2000-$2800, plus transport allwoance and overtime pay
  • Benefits: 14 days annual leave, Performance Bonus, Medical leave etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining processes.
  • Set up CNC milling machines by preparing materials, securing workpieces, and selecting appropriate tools.
  • Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using G-code or CAM software to meet production requirements.
  • Operate and monitor CNC milling machines, adjusting parameters such as speeds, feeds, and tool paths to maintain precision and quality.
  • Inspect machined components to ensure they meet dimensional and quality standards, making necessary adjustments when required.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with workplace safety protocols.
  • Follow safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of CNC Milling experience.
  • Able to do programming
  • Familiar with Fanuc system
