Job description
Job responsibilities:
- Able to independently conduct business, develop new customers, and optimize customer resources;
- Independently complete document processing, including document preparation, document review, document delivery, archiving, etc.
- Independently contact and develop customers through various online platforms and exhibition platforms, handle the entire order process, and collect payment;
- Timely and effectively communicate with customers, respond to inquiries, quote, answer questions, promote smooth transactions, and maintain the company's image;
- Connect with upstream and downstream for orders, contract signing, warehousing, collection, payment and other matters.
- Regularly review customer data, maintain upstream and downstream customer relationships, follow up by phone in a timely manner, follow up by phone for customers who have not responded, update order progress for customers who have placed orders but have not shipped, and regularly update customer files;
- Timely confirm all order details with the order follow-up, be able to flexibly handle some emergencies, and promptly provide feedback to superiors to ensure that orders are shipped on time according to customer requirements.
Job requirements:
- Have 1-3 years of experience in the cosmetics (customization, processing orders) trade industry, be familiar with the entire operation process of import and export trade, and have professional knowledge or experience in the trade field (including contract signing, production follow-up, ship shipment after-sales service, and payment follow-up);
- Have a clear grasp of the market trends and popular trends of the above-mentioned bulk commodities, have a keen sense of the market and judgment ability, and be proficient in the principles of purchasing a certain bulk commodity and cost control;
- Have certain market analysis and judgment capabilities, contract negotiation and risk control capabilities, as well as good planning and organization capabilities, communication and coordination capabilities, decision-making and judgment capabilities, good professional ethics, and good customer service awareness;
- Good communication and coordination skills, initiative and eagerness to learn, down-to-earth and sincere, patient in doing things, good mentality, and strong stress resistance;
