Requirements:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a relevant field.
  • Preferably possess at least 3 years of experience in the FMCG or beauty industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing roles, with a strong background in trade and retail marketing, branding, lead generation, and CRM.
  • Basic proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is preferred for effective communication with overseas counterparts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Results-oriented, resourceful, and capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
