Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope:

  • Answers incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner and in accordance with the policy.
  • Maintains confidentiality of caller and information as directed.
  • Directing calls to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Updating of contact details and relevant information into the Call Centre Enquiry System.
  • Handling and resolving complaints.
  • Reporting fault on telecommunication equipment.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements:

  • Min Nitec/Diploma in any field
  • Prior Call Centre experience will be advantageous
  • Comfortable with making and recieving calls
