· 5 Days (Mon to Thur: 8.00am to 5.30pm; Fri: 8.00am to 5.00pm)


Offered Salary

  • S$2,390 per month

Requirements

· Pre-U / GCE ‘A’ Level Certificate / Diploma

· Good working knowledge in MS Office applications

· Meticulous in paperwork processing

· Pleasant personality and customer focused

· Committed and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, resourceful and a team player


Job Description

  • Processing and granting the necessary approval for various applications, forms and notices
  • Handling of vehicle coupons, including checking, writing, enveloping and issuing tasks
  • Providing administrative and operations support, such as reports generation, records matching, data entry, scanning and printing of documents and etc, for the Road Tax team
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
