About the role
Reach Electrical (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Kampong Ubi, Central Region. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued customers.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your designated territory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through excellent customer service and technical expertise
- Provide expert advice and solutions to customers on the company's range of electrical products and services
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and quotations to customers
- Collaborate with the broader sales team to share best practices and support cross-selling initiatives
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
- Contribute to the company's sales strategy and growth plans
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in a technical sales or consultative sales role preferably in a technical sales role
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of electrical products, components, and solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
- Ability to identify customer needs, provide expert recommendations, and close sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software or be able to pick up quickly.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
