Location: Near Commonwealth MRT

Working hours: 8.30AM to 5.45PM (Mon to Fri)

Salary: $2,800 - $3,300


Responsibilities:

  • Acquire product knowledge through training.
  • Assist Purchasing Manager with daily procurement tasks (accuracy & efficiency).
  • Issue Purchase Orders, manage L/Cs & import documents.
  • Coordinate deliveries with suppliers & warehouses.
  • Process Goods Receipts & manage certificate updates.
  • Assist in local product sourcing, claims handling, and information upkeep.
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma with 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
