    Working days:Monday to Friday
    Working hours: 8am - 7pm
    Salary: SGD 2,000 ~ 2,500 (entitled overtime pay)

    Job Description:
  •  Preparing and serving food, making coffee andtea
  • Ensuring the café is fully stocked and canmeet the menu at all times, notifying the Operations Manager orkitchen staff of any shortage.
  • Clean the caféareas, inside and outside and ensure they are safe and hygienic atall times.
  • Check that all café facilities,equipment or furnishings are in good order and to report any
    damage.
  • Assist with preparing food forbookings, ensuring these are ready on time.
  • Monitor expenditure, stock, wastage and use-bydates.
  • Respond promptly and professionally toany customer feedback, comments or complaints.
  • Uphold the highest standards of health and safety,cleanliness and professionalism and
    use your owninitiative to respond quickly to issues or challenges that mayarise when you
    are on duty.
  • Act asa role model for young people, inspiring them to engage in theservices and
    understand and appreciate thepracticalities of running a cafe
  • Any otherduties as would be expected of a café worker in a youth hub.
