Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced EUC Project Manager with a strong technical background and a proven track record in managing end-user computing projects, particularly within government environments. The ideal candidate will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of EUC transformation or implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with government standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full lifecycle of EUC projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-user technology solutions such as desktop deployments, VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure), application packaging, and device management.
  • Work closely with government stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure compliance with security and regulatory frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of EUC solutions.
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings, presentations, and progress reviews.
  • Manage vendors and third-party providers for EUC tools and services.
  • Implement change management practices to ensure user adoption and minimal disruption.
  • Provide technical guidance on EUC platforms, tools, and trends where applicable.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with government standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on EUC technologies.
  • Strong technical understanding of EUC platforms including Windows OS, Microsoft 365, SCCM/Intune, virtualization (VMware/Citrix), and endpoint security.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects within government agencies or public sector environments.
  • Familiarity with government procurement processes, security protocols, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP).
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working in an ITIL-based environment is a plus.
