We are actively looking for a new team member who enjoys interacting with people and is also :

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Able to work with speed and accuracy.
  • Observant and detail-oriented.

You will be trained to perform these duties competently :

1. Coordinating the appointment schedule of all practitioners.

2. Responding to enquiries and bookings through phone or in person.

3. Processing payments and daily transaction settlements.

4. Maintaining the aesthetics of the clinic environment and ensure that patients always have a positive experience.

5. Managing inventory of products and office supplies.


Other than our convenient location right next to the MRT station, we also have a desirable 5-day work week :

Tue/Thu 9.30am-8.30pm

Wed/Fri/Sat 9.30am-6.30pm
