Key Responsibilities
- Execute Bancassurance digital delivery roadmap, manage and prioritize both strategic planning and tactical response
- Assist Banca business in strategic technical direction on Singapore Bancassurance digital roadmap
- Lead discussions on digital, product, and technology requirements
- Handle business and technical projects from initiation to implementation using Agile methodology and Manulife’s Continuous Delivery Framework (CDF)
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners for project prioritization, sprints planning, release roadmap, estimation of resources and costs, and implementation of initiatives and product launches
- Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kickoff, control project scope and mitigate risks
- Identify business objectives and provide solution recommendations
- Ensure projects align with budget, schedule, business objectives, and architectural target end-state design
- Manage project scope from inception to closure, oversee implementation schedules and budgets
- Identify and mitigate project issues and risks, coordinate resolutions with clear communication
- Ensure consultants, vendors and other stakeholders adhere to standards
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to the project team, stakeholders, and management
- Ensure cost-effective delivery processes
- Nurture a collaborative environment, coach and grow team, ensure technology strategy alignments
How will you create impact?
The IT Delivery Lead for Bancassurance in Singapore is responsible for executing digital delivery programs, managing business and technical aspects from inception to implementation, and ensuring superior user experience and platform stability for both internal Banca business and external bank partner. This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders, managing project scope, budget, and risks, and providing regular updates. Key critical competency includes technical experience in real-time complex applications, prior insurance project management or delivery experience, proficiency in Agile methodologies, and strong leadership skills.

What we are looking for
- Excellent organizational, facilitation, team leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Technical experience in real-time customer-facing applications
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and team management
- Prior Insurance project management or delivery experience
- Experience in delivering large-scale and complex projects
- Self-motivated, strategic and forward-thinking
- Strong leadership skills to manage teams, liaise with stakeholders, and deliver on strategic priority
- Proficiency in project planning and progress monitoring, including budget and milestone control
- Lead the delivery teams, provide technical support and participate in Change Advisory Board and/or change control process
- Ability to solve problems creatively, build contingency plans, and handle stressful situations professionally
- Coordinate incidents, problem and crisis management, along with production support and incident management teams
